I found the whole Process to be upsetting
I found the whole ESA experience to be tricky. First of all, I didn’t appreciate all of the pricing games. One day it was $89 and then it was $119. I also was annoyed by the fact that they make it sound like your ESA can go anywhere, but when I called to talk to someone they said I needed to get my dog certified as a service animal.

We understand that the process can be confusing at times and we're constantly working to improve it. The $89 and $119 prices are for different packages. The $119 package has more items included. I was given clear, concise instructions on every step of the process and received my paperwork within the timeframe indicated. They did a very good job making sure that I got the services I paid for.
