To be honest I am disappointed that my landlord did not accept the letter to have my dog in my apartment without additional cost to me. Also, The bus company servicing our area would not allow my dog to travel on it. There is a big difference between support animal and service animal. I wish you would have let me know before I paid for access that I didn't get.

Hello! Thanks for your review. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our services. ESA's and Service Animals are absolutely different and we have all explained in detail on our site. You could contact us or connect to our site to learn about the product before buying. About your landlord, we can't provide legal advise, but ESA's are protected by federal laws, such as the Fair Housing Act (FHA). We wish you the very best, thanks for choosing and trusting us!
