Our service connects customers with licensed healthcare professionals who evaluate and issue Emotional Support Animal (ESA) documentation in accordance with applicable federal housing guidelines. These documents have been successfully used by thousands of individuals across the United States for housing accommodation requests. Regarding the billing claim, we do not offer any item or service that charges monthly. All purchases on our platform require customers to complete our questionnaire, receive approval, and then proceed to checkout by voluntarily providing their payment information. We previously reached out requesting the reviewer’s full name, email address, phone number, and order details so we could properly investigate the situation, but we did not receive a response. As a result, we were unable to locate any account or order matching this review. If you believe there has been an error, please contact our support team with the requested information and we will gladly investigate and provide a resolution.
