Everything is great except for the tag. It would be nice to know that you'll have monthly payments to track your animal if they ever go missing. I honestly thought it had an app you add to your phone to track your animal.

ESA made it to where I can have my fur babies anywhere I go. No only do I love my animals dearly, but they help me in so many ways. They help me when my anxiety is high and they help me whenever I’m in my lowest of lows, and I would’ve had to get rid of my bigger baby if it weren’t for them. I love ESA

It took a week to get my ESA’s, I inquired about it several times for them to even get it sent into the doctor. The first time i was told it didn’t go through and had to re do the questionnaire and to wait another 48 hours. Not once, not twice, but three different times. The names on the ESA came out wrong and I want to get it fixed but can’t deal with another week of waiting. While the customer support help was great and they did amazing. I believe I was failed as a customer.
