Hi there No, we are not a scam. Ourservices are all legitimate and in compliance with current laws. If you contact our customer support, they will always provide a sollution. Just keep in touch and we'll help you, count on us. The landlord form was never sold as an item, you've never paid for it. You've paid for the ESA letter, which was provided timelly. The landlord documentation is a cortesy that we might or might not be able to assist. If you need the refund or anything else, just contact our customer support. Thank you

Hi there Upon checking our system, we could not find any registration under your e-mail or name. Since you are not a customer, we ask you please to not provide false reviews. The objective of this site is to provide real information, for real customers. We understand that you might be frustrated, because you're a "landlord" as you said "We will still charge a pet fee". But ESAs are protected by federal housing laws as the Fair Housing Act since 1980. It is not a novelty and the ADA is not the only law that protects animals and their owners. Regarding to Service Animals: our company works with ESAs and Service Animals. We provide a plethora of training programs to different support animal categories. We are a legitimate company that helped thousands of people to live better, healthier lives. We are proud of it and we will continue to help people.
