It's a scam!
My pet has been registered as an ESA via support pets on December 13 2024. Today is January 19 2025 and I still have not received my digital card, despite numerous requests thereto. They just keep replying and saying the matter was escalated to the technical department, who will come back to me in 24-48 hours, then I never hear back from them. This is absolutely rediculous and there isn't even a telephone number I can call. What an absolute waste of money!!

We have evidence that our customer support replied to 4 tickets on your name. We cleared doubts about the PSD course, the items bought and the ESA letter was sent and delivered.
