I don't know if this is a scam fully, but it sure feels like one. I paid 107.99 for an Esa for my husband and I'm on day 7 with no Esa. We've submitted questionnaires and extra details in links multiple times with no results. I feel as though I'm passed from agent to agent in circles. I wouldn't place my dollars counting on this group for expedient results. And I do see that they have replied to customer complaints on these threads. And just as in our case, what results have been provided? I'm not interested in empty words or promises. I paid for a service and product and I expect that to be fulfilled or my funds returned promptly without unnecessary questions and delay. (Update) After 10 days, it was fulfilled with a discount. I guess it's not a scam but, the service promised certainly needs some streamlining. And if there is a problem, to have dedicated critical thinkers to address the issue. Felt like chat GPT was customer service. Update#2 (in response to the reply left) I don't feel the need to share my personal information for you to validate me. This review was to share my experience with consumers to let them know what they can expect incase they experience this issue. And myself personally, i have better things to do than make up stories. So maybe you should evaluated the trustworthiness of your company practices instead of trying to make me sound false. I left an honest review. Have a good day.

I liked the availability of access to the site but thought I was going to get my documents by USPS. When I went to my email it didn't let me print everything.
