I would give it -5. Just got my brand new laptop with Windows. I was unable to correct to my Wi-Fi. I called and the first person transferred me to the second person and so on and so on until I got to dial tone. I called back again and got somebody who at least listened to me and wanted to me to read the numbers off the bottom of the computer. I had to take out a light and a magnifying glass reading. Then he told me I'd have to pay $200 to fix the problem on a brand new computer. Well I used to like HP computers but not anymore. When I got off the phone with the help people I returned the computer to the store. I will never again buy a HP product

Ho riscontrato problemi nel collegare la mia stampante laser jet hp nonostante non ci fosse nessun problema nella rete o nell'installazione, l'utilizzo delle opzioni di risoluzione forniti dal sito e applicazione pc non li hanno risolti, tuttavia il supporto telefonico ha risposto tempestivamente (la linea è caduta due volte alla risposta ma hanno comunque continuato a provare a contattare ogni dieci minuti) e l'operatore telefonico non solo ha risolto tutto in pochi minuti ma ha anche dato molti consigli e informazioni, sono riuscita a risolvere da sola la stessa problematica su un altro pc grazie a loro. Da altre recensioni pensavo di trovarmi in difficoltà e invece sono rimasta molto soddisfatta.

Shame on HP. I have a printer faulty that is still under warranty. Followed HP virtual assistant steps, then chatting with an agent for 1 hour - still no further forwards. Service is appalling. Should be called HP timewaste service rather than HP support, as there is ZERO support. Really really poor & very sad, a waste of time

Suite à un problème pilote imprimante HP ENVY Photo 6234 je joins le support HP C'est très fouillis, plusieurs façons d'obtenir ce service, plusieurs numéros de téléphone, plusieurs pages internet, plusieurs logiciels de diagnostic.... je comprends qu 'il faut acheter une prestation environ 25€, ensuite encore des numéros d'appels différents, un premier dialogue par message WhatsApp, nul après 1/2 h, puis enfin le service, 1/2 h d'attente et dialogue pour joindre un technicien puis encore 1/2 h pour que ce technicien vérifie votre ordre d'assistance payé, .....enfin il peut prendre lamain sur votre écran, technicien parfait, il faut aller dans les pilotes pour le type ENVY 6234, pluieurs pilotes proposés, il faut le savoir du technicien pour dire lequl il faut utiliser, EasyStart , un logiciel du 22 janvier 2022 donc qui a 3 semaines ..... En résumé support galère d'accès, heureusement un technicien au top, mais visiblement des pilotes pas stables .... Comme disent d'autres utilisateur, prochain achat surtout pas HP, qui pourtant était jusqu'à ces derniers mois le meilleur pour moi, mais beaucoup de problèmes depuis

HP Support is absolutely no help HP Support is absolutely no help! The HP 9015e is probably a good printer, BUT ---! Setting it up proved problematic in several respects. First, after inserting the 4 ink cartridges, we kept getting “out of ink” and “cartridge malfunction” messages. Repeatedly removed and reinstalled the cartridges many times before the printer would finally accept them and print out the test page. But then in checking the ink levels, found that the magenta and yellow cartridges showed only about 10% full (!), and the black barely over one-half (see attached photo. Only the cyan cartridge showed full.) Prior to purchase, we spent considerable time reading various reviews of this printer, and admittedly did a few times see complaints of low ink. Then we discovered that the warranty for this newly-purchased printer was for only 9 months (not the 12 as advertised). We spent considerable time on the phone with HP Support complaining about the low ink, but after much “run-around”, they offered no resolution. And after completing an on-line form (and attaching a copy of our sales receipt) requesting a review our warranty status, finally received a response after one week. But --- the warranty extension was only for one month (i.e., from 9 to 10 months, not 12)! So, it’s especially disappointing that HP Support offers no resolution to these product deficiencies/problems (especially after several YouTube videos praise the ease of set-up). But should HP see and finally satisfactory respond (?) to our complaints, I might agree to subsequently upgrade our two-star recommendation. (In only a couple of print-outs so far, it DOES otherwise seem to be a fine printer.)

Service client déplorable. Très difficile à trouver un moyen pour les contacter et au final vous restez seul avec votre problème. L'ordinateur acheté il y a un an. Evitez cette marque.

The customer support is UNBELIEVABLE sucks. They took the TERRIBLE SERVICE to a whole new level, far far above the most terrible customer support you can find. Shame on you HP!

Absolutely shocking website has you round and rounD in circles. I will never buy HP again. No one to speak to only totally irrelevant information and a shocking virtual support. My first HP printer and it will be my Last.
