I inquired about the status of an order and TT answered my inquiry in just minutes and processed a refund because one of the products I ordered is no longer available. TT also gave additional information on the issue which was very helpful. Thanks so much for responding and resolving my issue very timely.

After communicating my concerns regarding a delay of my order, I received a prompt reply explaining the situation. My payment was refunded to my credit card. A satisfied customer!

Never processed/shipped order. (Ordered in April) Website has a button to cancel order, asks reason for cancellation, then states they don't accept cancellations. Total Scam!!!

Your response to problem was instant even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear. I don't have time to go further but I did appreciate your quick service even though I should have been notified a month ago. I will check my credit card to follow for credit but most of the vendors I deal with don't charge me until items are shipped so shame on you for not giving me an immediate refund when you knew it wouldn't be delivered. I should ask for interest.

Excellent response to my request for the discount code

Never received my order even though the window they give to complete the order is quite vast. No customer service phone number. After waiting over a month, I sent them an email which they say they will respond promptly but guess what, NO response. This is smelling of scam to me so I waited till the day after their delivery window lapsed and filed a claim with my credit card company. Later that night I finally get an email response (late at night on a Friday night, strange?) from a company rep named TT saying that they are going to refund my credit card which they did promptly. Perhaps they were notified by my credit card company and did not want the claim to go through. I did notice a phone number next to the transaction on my credit card statement which I called but had a very generic message with no company identification. I would stay away from this company at all costs,

TT promptly responded to and resolved my issue right away. Thank you!
