I was searching for an item and found it supposedly in stock at Supply Center USA. After seeing the company’s good reviews at Trustpilot I placed an order for the item. Unfortunately I didn’t check the bad reviews because the same thing happened to me as has for many. After placing the order my credit card was charged right away which I didn’t notice until I began to wonder if my order had been shipped. When I saw the charge, I emailed S C USA asking shipping info, tracking number, etc. The only plus for this company is that they did respond the next day saying there were supply issues, the order would be cancelled, I would receive a refund, and the refund is pending on my credit card account. So what if I hadn’t contacted them? I won’t be shopping at S C USA again!

When my order didn’t arrive, I sent an email to find out why. I received a reply very quickly and JJ informed me that the product wasn’t in stock and that I would receive a refund. I did get it within a few days. Even though I didn’t get my product, I would order from you again because of the customer service. Best wishes!

I wish there were an option for -5 stars because this company has truly earned this rating. I placed an order on 5/11, and on 5/12, I received a notice that I had canceled the order, which I had not. To date, 6/1, they have not refunded my payment, and they do not respond to emails. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I like that Supply Center USA has products that I cannot on other websites, like Amazon. I do use wish that the items I ordered would have a faster ship time. Other then that, this is great online store.
