That a payment for an item is immediately and a refund takes about 10 days.

Followup on special order
Ordered special use denture cleaners. Was informed delivery would be somewhere around 3-4 qweeks. Called on June 2 and asked about status of the order. Customer service checked the status of our order and informed us of the issues which were impacting our delivery and the estimated availability. It was several more weeks. We requested a refund and it was issued without any problems. We were also provided possible options. The courtesy and effort of the customer service staff was nice and their effort is sincerely appreciated.
