I had no sooner sent the email when I received a refund for a product I never received and a second email with an explanation of why I did not receive it. I did not expect such a quick response but I am grateful that I got it.

TT answered my inquiry about when to expect delivery the very next day after I emailed him! The explanation about the product being unobtainable from the manufacturer at the present time is true. I noticed from other websites that product was out of stock. My payment is being refunded!
