I placed a order that I never received. I emailed the company about the issue and received a response the same day and will receive a refund for the cost of the missed order.

JJ explained why I didn’t get a tracking number nor receive the items I ordered. I was really frustrated with the company for charging my credit card before they had the product to sell. I felt like I should have had an email explaining what was going on, not silence. JJ was very nice and apologetic and processed my refund.

JJ was wonderful - responded in 12 hours, solved my issue instantly and while the news was sad on my order, handled my refund immediately

JJ was so helpful in getting my orders correct and what to do when it needed to be corrected . Unfortunately was my error placing my first order and the second time the credit card company thinking was a fraudulent activity n declined it . If JJ had not responded so quickly to my emails I probably would have not consider reordering my product . Great customer service from JJ .
