The person got back to me promptly; was very apologetic that I did not receive my item and immediately issued me a refund.

I don't believe this is a legitimate store. I ordered some beauty products over a month ago and when I emailed to find out where they were the guy wrote me that the products were no longer available and they gave me a refund. I ordered different products, and they were not able to tell me which one was out of stock. Scam.

Everything was so easy to find and then to order was a snap.

I asked a question about my order and within minutes I got an answer. I appreciate the prompt service.

Unfortunately I did not receive my order due to manufacturer’s issues. But Supply Center’s staff were speedy and efficient in issuing my refund. I got an email reply within hours and a refund the same day. Also information as to what went wrong and suggestion for reordering in a few weeks. Thank you so much!
