My experience with the Customer Service Representative was excellent! He responded quickly and gave me the update requested. As my order was backordered and had to be refunded (which I received - thank you!), I just wish I had been informed of this instead of waiting extra time and having to reach out. The ordering process was easy and I appreciated the discount with my order, even if it didn't work out in the end.
