easy to find products for a reasonable price I can't find anywhere else.

This review process is a lot to ask. I said Thank you and that’s all I have to say

I received a prompt response, with relevant information, for my customer service email questions! I am a first time customer for Supply Center USA, and so far I am a satisfied customer!

I'm giving a "good" rating because of how well the customer service person responded when I let them know there was a problem. My order was placed and it was taking FOREVER to arrive. The email confirmation said it would take 14-28 business days to arrive but it had been 33 days and my order didn't come. When I told the company, they responded the next day to apologize and explain that my item was experiencing shortages and they had refunded my money - all of it. A confirmation of the refund was in my email box. I'm unhappy that I had to wait so long to not get the order but at least it was easy to get a refund and the staff person was very pleasant and gave a thorough explanation of the situation. I'm trying an alternate product in the meantime but I may come back later if I don't like this new thing and see if they can get a hold of more of my favorite item.

Prices are great, however one of my items was delaying the order from end of January!Unfortunately I was not notified until I emailed in. Refund was given due to delay. Will try them again.another time.

Answered my question and took care of my problem quickly.

TT was so helpful; he reached out as soon as they received my email and even though there was an issue with my order, he made it right with no hoops to jump through. Thank you so much! Issue was resolved quickly and with sympathy.
