Superpower provided me a modern and very user friendly seamless experience to track my markers and also provides very easy to understand step by step approach to improve my health markers over time. Now I know more details about what things are going wrong internally and how to correct them. I can see more features and insights being added into the platform daily and the minimal cost of membership for the value it provided is totally worth it.

Customer Service doesn't exist! Superpower used the Quest Lab address instead of mine in the Lab Requisition. As the result Quest could not upload the results to my Quest portal, and I needed those for my PCP visit next week. Superpower doesn't have Customer Service phone number, I sent the text message to their "Concierge Service" phone number. The response - message to call 911 if it's an emergency and.....crickets after that.

This platform is a lifesaver. It is exactly what I have been looking for. I'm happy to step away from the standard protocol for your PCP checkup. This is much more extensive bloodwork. The service is awesome as well. They are with you and will help you adjust your supplements, if needed, and/or your daily schedule regarding intake and timing. I cannot recommend it enough.

First, as someone with multiple chronic illnesses, there is so much that can impact my health, and I like to monitor a lot in my blood work. My insurance will only cover certain tests or limit the frequency. Superpower is an affordable alternative to having to beg my doctor and insurance company to run the tests that I need, and the available tests are vast. The interface is very user-friendly as well. I really like the breakdown I was provided after the tests with supplements and other recommendations to help me continue to improve my health. I feel like I have someone in my corner, and it feels empowering. They have provided tailored support for anyone on any journey, which is impressive at this price point!
