No dashboard cancellation - Account settings have options to update payment, view orders, change address, but zero way to cancel subscriptions. 2. Cancellation hidden in old emails - The only way to cancel is through links buried in emails sent weeks/months prior. You must search your inbox every billing cycle or get auto-charged. 3. Unresponsive support - Sent cancellation email and message days ago, zero response. Their “chat support” is an AI bot that redirects to a text number that goes unanswered. “Unlimited messaging” means nothing when they don’t reply for weeks. Concierge doesn’t exist. 4. Lab results mishandled - Other reviews confirm they send Quest results to their portal instead of yours, making them inaccessible when needed. 5. FTC complaint filed - I filed FTC Report for systematic Click-to-Cancel violations. This is not a technical limitation - it’s intentional design to trap customers in recurring billing. I was forced to block them through my credit card company to prevent unauthorized charges. Avoid this company. There are legitimate alternatives with transparent pricing and actual customer service.

It has been a MONTH and still do not have my wife's results in a format we can share with the doctor. It says it is still processing. Support is slow to non-existent. We got this since it was an in home service. Ended up having to go to a lab and do the tests anyhow. Had all results in 48 hours. This service is probably OK if you have no need to see a doctor. AI analysis is very light. It does not take into account multiple variables on the treatment / therapies. Use the recommendations at your own risk. Go elsewhere if there is even a modicum of urgency.

Feeling very mislead. Was told i would recive 150+ biomarkers but i dont think thays true, if i ever recive the results. My old lady set it up for me and used her bday instead of mime, but we corrected that and the nurse came to the house and took 14!! Vials of my precious blood. And now THE HAVE NO CLUE WHAT HAPPENED TO IT. The negligence of this company and the facilitation of neglegions of the 3rd part is unacceptable. Customer service is unreponsive. The refunded my money, but im more concerned about my health. They kept that 199 membership fee nd want me to "reschedule"

I have received private health information about someone who shares my name, sent directly from Superpower to my email, even though I am not a Superpower member and have no idea who this other person is. I've asked them to stop, but the HIPAA violations keep coming. Be warned.
