Even recommended supplements were available and at a discount from other places I searched. One area for me that came back as needing attention was my vitamin D level. Rather than just flagging it, the results explained why that reading matters and gave me a step-by-step process to improve it. That combination of extensive testing, meaningful insights, and actionable guidance made the service feel genuinely helpful. I have my annual physical next month and look forward to discussing my Superpower results with him.

I am 82. I have an annual physical with labs. I am in seemingly good health. For my birthday I gifted myself the 100 Biomarker Superpower lab experience. I was 'optimal' in 59 categories, 'within range' for most of the others, but a few were noted as low or high. A couple of the "out of range" markers were in categories that could involve serious health conditions. For those I went into the AI feature, and used AI independently as well, and learned I needed to see a hematologist asap. I made that appointment. I also shared the results with my personal doctor, and I will share the cardio-related results with my cardiologist in two weeks. The information I gained from these labs was well beyond what is tested at the annual physicals, and for me has proven invaluable. I was, apparently, living with hidden health issues despite being in ostensibly good health. I am gifting this to my wife on her birthday in a few weeks.

Missing test results and non-existent customer service! They advertise 24/7 concierge support, yet I have received zero response after texting and emailing concierge concerning delayed/missing test results. They advertise a max turnaround time of 10 days for results, and it’s now been close to 2 weeks still with no updates. The in app AI is useless as it just defers to the concierge text/email that no one responds to. I’ve previously used Function health and will be returning to them after this terrible experience with superpower…

I really liked their selection of tests. The others seem to have many obscure tests and not the key ones we were looking for. So, we started to sign up. However, when I had questions I found that there is no number to call or even live chat with a human. Then, I realized there is no address listed. So, I question if they are even located in the U.S. and subject to HIPAA and other privacy protection. For me that is very concerning. The only way to contact is to email. The online signup was very crude with no ability to review selections or make changes. Thankfully they did eventually cancel my account and refund me so I gave them back 2 stars for that.

I absolutely loved this service. It was incredibly quick and easy to get my results. I utilized the 'home sample' option they had and the service provider came right to my house to draw my blood. I couldn't believe that was an option. I live in a busy city and so not having to leave my house to battle traffic and parking was incredibly meaningful. My results arrived right on time, and they offer so many helpful additional services. I will definitely be using them again and again. Highly recommend!

Follow-up questions work just as well, so it feels more like a conversation with a knowledgeable health advisor than staring at a lab report.
