I couldn't believe it would be this easy! The VA provided me with a Bruno Chariot. Superior handled ALL VA paperwork. I didn't have to deal with the VA myself at all. The installation was completed in half the time they originally quoted me, and everything was done completely and professionally. Training on the Chariot was complete and thorough. Everyone at Superior was polite, professional, and customer oriented. I recommend Superior Van and Mobility for all your mobility needs.

I had an appointment to get my "annual checkup" for my van, and was told it should take about an hour. There was a "delay", which I was told nothing about until I went to the receptionist to find out what was taking so long. To his credit, the manager was upfront, honest, and extremely apologetic. He did get me a free car wash, which took a little bit of the sting away. I had no other problems, and I'll definitely return. That's the only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating.
