They were very helpful and accommodating when were looking at a new vehicle.We did feel kind of rushed when it came to doing the final paperwork. It was late in the day and we were tired and I think the sales rep was just as ready to go. We also had to bring back the van for adjustments to the adaptive controls and they were great in finishing it quickly and making sure I could transfer alright.
