They have offered suggestions to address and to facilitate areas of concern. GREAT people but our experience was unfortunately less than perfect when buying our new BraunAbility van, some of the issues experienced were definitely out of the control of the staff at Superior Van and Mobility the staff however went out of their way to insure everything was fixed to get us on our way. I have and I still will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a mobility vehicle or repairs on their existing vehicle.

Sorry for delay in responding. The people were all great and professional. The problem was fixed,on time, and at the agreed price. What more could you want? Except less cost.

Will, Jeremy & Melinda are awesome! All were helpful and knowledgeable.. answered all of our questions. Will & Jeremy even delivered the van to my work.. full of gas.. because I wasn't able to be off. We love the van. I bought the extended warranty just in case. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because they weren't able to lower the price not even a little bit. I'd have felt better if they'd have given me at least $100 off.. makes ya feel like you get a better deal if you're able to haggle a little and with a down payment of $25,000 I guess I expected it. They did include the new tie downs which i appreciate. Thanks guys!

Sometimes call backs are a little slow from sales

Bought a used Braunability van that rode terribly ruff. So far Braun has made attempts to correct the ride. Still not quite where it needs to be but getting better.
