All you will need to do when there you run into our hassle free delivery is fill out a warranty claim. Include vehicle descriptions and and pictures so that our warranty department can assess the damage and send out the correct replacement parts or new vehicle. We will file a claim on your behalf to the shipping company and be sure to make sure that you are on the road in no time. Hello, We are very sorry to hear about the vehicle arriving with shipping damage. It is our practice to give a customer 2 days to fully inspect the unit upon arrival as this is as much time that we are allocated by freight companies to file a shipping claim on your behalf. We do not send the paperwork and title with the vehicle to prevent theft as a car owner would never keep the title in the glove box. We also wait to assure that the unit was not damaged so that we do not issue a title for a unit that will be returned to us.
