Took 32 days to get my bike. USB didnt work on the bike that it came with. Slight damage to the paint. Still cant ride it, going on 40 days since I ordered and still dont have the MCO needed to register my motorcycle. Even paid for Rush services on the MCO. Never had this terrible of an experience for Chinese motorcycle purchases, and this is my 4th one. Stay away, even if it costs you a few hundred dollars more. I got lured in by having the bike I wanted $100 cheaper. NOT WORTH IT.

Trust me please!!!! Do not buy from these people. You will receive absolutely zero tech support. You will receive absolute zero customer service after you’ve made your purchase and they have secured they’re money: There is no tech desk you can email and or call tech support and you will never receive a return call. They are all responsive when trying to get you to buy but I’m telling you don’t believe the BS. You are actually buying overstock that has been sitting from the mother company Veloz PowerSports and you will never reach them by phone. Best to buy from a local dealer where you will get true customer support. WARNING WARNING!!⚠️

Such careless business in market and noone has noticed that. They are selling defective products and taking full amount of money. is it legal in USA?

Bought 2 dirtbikes and 1 ATV and all 3 were delivered in bad shape. Almost immediately things starting going wrong. Bad carb, broken forks, missing parts, parts not aligning and all around not much working. I spent 3 months trying to get them to get me the part and each time they told me they were working on it. They were lying. Yesterday I reached out directly to their own supplier and was able to order the parts directly from them in 2 hours time. This company refuses to help their customers at all and judging by the other reviews, I'm not surprised.

Never use them, only reason I gave 1 star is I couldn't give negative stars. Scooter came and didn't run, got the runaround from customer service and if you try and return, they will take most of the money. Had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Hope no one ever buys from them and saves time and money

I bought a Vitacci Fighter Pro 49cc Scooter from them on layaway for $1,279.85, and when it arrived damaged, I followed all their instructions to return it. They even confirmed in writing that I would receive a full refund. After I returned the item, they changed their policy and refused to refund me! Now, they claim that I do not qualify for a refund due to a made-up “purchase window” rule that they NEVER told me about before authorizing the return. So I placed an order yesterday with these guys 24 hours later they get back to me saying that the item I paid for is out of stock & asked me if I would like a different one when I said yes to the same exact price they told me they were going to have to add an additional $150 for gas surcharge. On top of the 273 delivery fee bad business i should have listened to the reviews.👎👎👎👎

I bought an atv for my kid for Xmas in November. They never shipped it and now the website is down. Goddamn scumbags!!!!!
