I would have to say this company's is a good company I was able to speak with the whit them no problem wasn't hard to get a hold of them you definitely going to be a returning customer just wish they had more racing type style scooters like the racer 50 and my bike works perfectly fine the only thing I had to replace was the battery other than that everything's running smooth thanks Superior powersports

Hello Robert, Although we check all gauges and tubes before shipment anytime we sell assembled scooters or assembled dirt bikes, there are times when shipping across the country to your door becomes a little more bumpy than others and knock wires loose. All of our powersports come with warranties and we will be sure to get your your parts to you quickly. We are happy to have you as a customer and are working hard at becoming the best online scooter company in the country. Great customers like you makes our scooter and powersports dealer jobs so great and rewarding. Enjoy the Ride -SP

Bought a Tao-Tao 4-wheeler. Package arrived timely. Assembling the machine was fairly simple. Took me about 5 hours, but if I had to do it again, I could do it in 2-3. The product works as expected. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I haven't had the time to really see how the machine will hold up. If it gives me minimal problems, I would up the rating.
