I bought a TaoTao 150cc Lancer. It arrived on time and was well put together except the center stand for the bike. The bike came with a center stand for a larger scooter so it wasn't possible to get the rear tire off the ground when it was on the center stand. That made it very hard to work on for both the mechanic and me. Tao Tao doesn't build a very high-quality scooter. I had owned an Icebear HawkEye and that was a much better build and performing scooter.

The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, but when I contacted tech support, the support technician told me that the scooter didn't come with an owners manual or assembly instructions and if I had any problems to check out U tube. The scooter did have an owners manual and a DVD with assembly instructions, when I call for tech support I expect more than being told to check out U tube.

My bike is fun but when to get parts it’s a big hassle

Average. Acceptable performance With some friction

This was my second purchase from this company first one was amazing. This time the shipping was very slow took 2 1/2 weeks before I receive my scooter. Then took another 2 1/2 weeks to receive my title.

Great product, but shipping was terrible, took weeks to receive the bike.

It took more than 3 weeks to get my warrantied parts. Need I say more, unacceptable. If it wasn't for Mike I really do not think I would have got my parts.

Could not get a answer on returning the moped after the fact as I was told you don't need license to ride but Carol laws says difference you guys need to give head up about that before anybody buys your product and get stuck with the product with no return just saying please do.
