They took over 3 weeks to get title once we had scooter. Every time I called the reps told me something different and was not true. Very disappointed with this company. Don’t buy from here.

Friendly people. Always returned phone calls and email. Delivered on what they promised. Good product knowledge. I didn't really need very much help because the motorcycle and scooter I bought had no real problems.

I am happy with the product itself. The scooter arrived quickly and It seems to run well thus far. I am unhappy with the fact that it took me 1 month and 10 days to get a Manufacturers Certificate of Origin. The scooter spent 40 days in my driveway waiting to be used as my commuting vehicle. When one did show (2nd sending of one), it didn't have the notary seal that I spent $20 extra for. The DMV went ahead and licensed it without the notary but this is still unsatisfactory.
