Looking for answers
I called and asked a question and Daniel was so helpful to me at that time I promised I would called back and schedule my international trip for four people/ two couples with him and did just as promised just because he was so excellent.

Pleased and Hopeful!
Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible with the planning. Cruise/tour date is a few months away so we’re anticipating confirmation documents, advise/suggestions and actual trip will be just as reliable and smooth.

My agent was friendly, positive and helpful
Elly was friendly, positive and helpful. Once we honed in on my needs, she was very persistent in tracking down a package that met my criteria, There was a bit of a lag after my initial request for help, but once we got going, the process was great. I would recommend SC&T to others.

For the most my experience was good but…
For the most my experience was good but what Idon't like to is to be told the same thing over an over again like your deposit is nonrefundable it was said so much until I finally said I would not be booking this trip if I wanted to get a refund

Hello Camellia, Thanks for taking the time to review Wanda and our agency, I understand your side of the review but please understand ours, we must be very transparent with our guest so that includes verbally confirming or declining insurance as in the past others have tried to say our agents or agency has not explained the process in enough length, so if you decline Insurance we must get your understanding verbally on a recorded line as well and reiterate this same understanding via written communication this is in protection of our clients, agent and agency. As most clients prefer this as to be thorough with their money and most do not book to cancel but if something comes up and you cant travel then not having the Insurance will in most cases cause you to lose your money so we must bee again 100% transparent with all details of this so everyone understands on both sides. Thanks again for your time and we hope on your next trip we can change this 3 star review to a 5 star review as that is our main goal customer satisfaction.
