We upgraded from a balcony with an unabstructed view to a mini suite. While the suite was nice... we had no view of the water. We were clear of our desire to see the water from the balcony. The cruise line was apologetic however no suites with a water view were available. Superior Cruises and Travel line has yet to respond.

Two years ago, I was planning a cruise for my birthday and decided to reach out to Superior Cruise & Travel for help since this was my first cruise and there were great reviews. I’m not sure if the issue was because I had a preference for communication through email, but I felt like I had no help. I got a quote in price, but I ended up booking the cruise myself. It was disappointing to not get the great experience I had heard about. I still had a great time on the cruise, but the planning process was not very favorable.

been dealing with this company for years first couple years everything went smoothly then my regular agent left and got hand to someone new..I reached out since I was trying to decide weather to go to Hawaii or Disney in California gave the new gentleman all my information he said flight schedule were not up yet and he would contact me with more info needles to say we did not have our family vacation due to he never reached back out our answer my email... kind of worried about trying to schedule next summer vacation I will have to find new travel agency

$400.00 mistake. Paid for insurance, and had to cancel due to unexpected surgery, but lost an additional $400.00 on top of insurance cost due to SC&T error. They forgot to cancel the private transport they arranged from the airport... this should not be the customers problem considering that is what the $500.00 non refundable trip insurace was for... now I'm out $900.00. Bad business to hold on to a customer's funds and tell them they'll try to reimburse them on their next vacation...
