Superior service from this travel agency!
This is a wonderful company to plan your vacation with. I worked with Daniel Richards and he was incredible. I told him what my family had in mind and he went above and beyond my expectations. He picked excursions for us that was exactly what I wanted. He was so professional and polite and took the time to explain everything for my trip from Hotel to flights to the rental car. My travel agent I had used for years was no longer in the business and I was worried about using someone else. My fears were gone as soon as I started talking with Daniel. I highly recommend this company to plan your next great vacation.

I requested Fred from Superior Travel based off his amazing reviews. Fred was amazing! He planned me and my best friends 3 week euro trip and made transportation run smoothly as well as picked awesome hotel locations. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to plan a vacation-especially to Europe!

Our agent has been very responsive in…
Our agent has been very responsive in respect to getting our travel plans established in both email and phone communications. We did have one problem we believe to be with Viking which was that they got my wife's name confused with another person, from another state, with the same name. It took many emails, phone calls and significant time to get this resolved, in order to get our reservations correct, but our agent stuck with it to bring it to conclusion. Since this was our first cruise with Viking this has been very frustrating!

Experience was horrible
Experience was horrible. I got the Norovirus and was only given credit for a future cruise. I wanted a monetary refund.
Response from Superior Cruise & TravelDec 8, 2018
Rik, We are so sorry you got sick on the cruise, however this was the cruise you personally requested and any refund would come direct from them. Also you purchased Insurance and all claims should be made directly with the Insurance company. We hope you will give us another shot to make your experience with our agency a more typical overall 5 star experience.
