Milan did a great job helping me to buy tickets

We were disconnected several times, I had to resubmit information due to booking changes (on their end), & it was extremely difficult to understand the operator's dialect. I expect things to run smoothly and be fairly stress-free when I'm spending $1600.00. They did try to call back every time (6-7) we got disconnected, but blamed my phone service for it. One of the call-backs was to my 17 year old son - his ticket was a SURPRISE for him for his senior year spring break/graduation gift. Why anyone would call a 17yo child over a 43yo adult is beyond me. (We'd already spoken several times, and they had our DOB next to our phone number). He was surprised alright...
