The customer service was great, Nancy was very positive and worked hard to get the best deal. I had booked ticket with some other agent and it was over 24-hours and they were charging me $250 for cancellation. Nancy prepared me to be tough with other agency and due to weekend I still have window to cancel for 48 hours and not pay any cancellation charges. I paid considerably less than $250 for cancellation and booked with Superfares and still save money. The suggestion I have is that the ticket purchase process was not fully online. Also, I had to scan my Driver License and Credit Card to provide it to you which makes me uncomfortable due to sensitive data. I will definitely give you a call to check on the ticket prices for future travel needs. Thank you.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your kind words which are greatly appreciated. Our team strives to deliver the highest level of services and best available deals to all our customers. With regard to the copy of the licence and card, we request for the same as an ID verification. This is to ensure that the transaction is safe and is of benefit to the passenger/s. Further, we do not take the entire details of the card, only the last 4 digits and the card holder's name, as is mentioned in our confirmation email. We look forward to being of assistance with your future travel plans. Warm regards, Team Superfares.
