We had passed the seat requests for all your travel sectors with the respective airline. As travel agents we can only pass the request and it is the airline discretion to provide the same to the passengers. The confirmation email sent to you dated 21st November has your entire itinerary details and also the seat request passed to the airline, and the payment due for the same. Our team member Alexander only thought it was in your best interest to pass the seat request to ensure that your co- passenger and you could be seated together during your trip. Further, the payment for the same was due to the airline, and was to be given by you at the time of check in. We only charged you for the confirmed tickets that we provided to you.
