Hello Fabio, Thank you for bringing your recent experience to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the initial representative you spoke with. However, we are delighted to hear that Mr. Denver, our supervisor, was able to step in and provide you with exceptional assistance. We greatly appreciate your feedback and are thrilled to hear that Mr. Denver went above and beyond to help you find a route from Ukraine to Bogota for your mother. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and it brings us immense joy to know that we were able to meet your needs. Please feel free to reach out to us if there is anything else we can assist you with. We value your business and look forward to serving you again in the future. Warm Regards, Team Superfares
