SuperfaresReviews of superfares.com

Jacob assisted me through Chat and via phone and got a great fare for an international flight with short layovers! Awesome job. Nice working with you and would recommend gladly for great customer service!

Nancy provided excellent service. I won't hesitate to use this company's services in the future. Highly recommended.

Johnathan preformed great again! He was able to get me tickets when everyone else was sold out. He was very patience with me and delightful to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

Pleasant staff. Thanks for willingness to work with me.

Jacob was very pleasant to work with both on line and on the phone. I gave him the parameters I needed to be with in and even though he did not get me what I was asking, he did get me the best price available. I did some checking and was also working with another company and they even said that they could not even match anything close to the price I received. I would recommend Jacob and Superfares to anyone looking for flights and other reservations.

Patrick was very helpful and courteous, he made sure I got the exact flights that I needed and took his time to make sure everything was in order.

Overall booking experience was very good. Nancy was very pleasant and helpful. She found me a great fare with good connections

I am very happy with their customer service. When I first made my booking I accidentally misspelled one of the passengers of my families name. This got me extremely stressed as I have heard how this can cause all sorts of problems and force you to cancel and re-book, etc. Nancy was so good at resolving this for me at no cost. She was fabulous in responding to my questions very quickly, both over the phone and via email. Although I didn't enjoy having to deal with the process of fixing the mistake, it was resolved much to my satisfaction.
