Dennis was very polite and helpful with booking our very complicated, multi-destination trip. He was thorough, understood exactly what we were looking for to travel, and accomplished getting it for us. He managed to get us the paper work and documents that were needed in a timely manner. Cancelled 3 separate bookings for 3 couples and jacked the price up on the fares. One couple paid $127 more. Basically gave me a sob story that they called me (I'm in IT, always on-call, always have my phone). Talking to a Manager and a staffer resulted in me filling out a whole new CC auth page that looks terrible. Price difference for both tickets to fly half way around the world that made this all a huge mess for me and my wife? $20. They made all this commotion and would not do what they are supposed to do for $20. Third couple has not called yet, so I can only imagine what they will have to deal with. Talked to Samuel, Victor, and Alexander. Day 1: Still waiting on that revert... Day 2: Still waiting on that callback Day 3: Nothing Day 4: Nothing Day 5: Nothing Day 6: Seeing a pattern? No follow-up they offered.... Day 7: Last update, as it’s obvious there is no follow-up coming. Day 8: Ok, that follow-up from 13 hours ago didn't come either... Day 9: Statement came back, below. Point of contention is the same, they did not try to reach out to any of the 3 couples, the fact the 3 people all missed calls from them but none of us has missed calls? Lies plain and simple. Thank you for allowing us time to look into the matter. The said bookings were made on our website. As the bookings were made online we tried to connect with you the same day, to confirm the same. We follow the process of connecting with the customer before we confirm the booking for security and verification purposes. When we received no response, the bookings were cancelled. We were then contacted about a week later and each booking was confirmed as per the current fare. Fares are dynamic and ruled by the airline. They fluctuate and the price can increase or decrease as well. The bookings were made on line and were later confirmed after a week. Fares cannot therefore remain the same. We hope you view this as an isolated matter and give us the opportunity to assist you once again with your future travel plans.

I had a great experience working with Nancy to book our tickets to Europe. The rates were great, and so was the customer service. I was a little hesitant at first, but it is definitely a legit company.
