I needed a ticket for my wife from SFO to DEL with no stopovers. Sharon came on the chat. Over the chat she booked me a ticket as per my requirements. She followed up until the ticket was issued. Sharon was a pleasure to work with. She went extra mile to get a satisfied customer. 😀
