I made my reservations with Vandy back in April. Now we are about 3 weeks from our trip and I still have not received the etickets. Even after I spoke with her last week and she assured me they would be emailed "right away", I still have not received them. I know there is still time, but I don't want to wait until the last minute if there is something I missed doing to complete this transaction.......I need to know. Have had no response from Vandy or Superfares since I initiated a call a week ago.

Dear Mr. Fowler, The tickets were emailed to you on the day of the booking. We would request you to check your junk mail/spam folder, as perhaps it could have been there. We have also resent them today. We hope you are in receipt of the same. Warm regards, Team Superfares

Responded quickly and did not make untoward claims, and was very clear. with best flights, short connections and a fair price. Could have gone that extra yard for getting my specific travel date to earn my 5 star rating

I was skeptical for I had never heard of this company; however, after all was said and done, Jacob was very helpful, Worked diligently with me to make my reservations, even after I made some changes. He was very patient and extremely detailed with all the information of my flights. I would definitely use this this agency again. Thank you Jacob!!!!
