I arrived at 10:40 for a haircut. I was the only one waiting. The stylist just finished cutting a girls hair. I know because she asked how it looked and spun her chair around so she could see the back. Then the stylist asked me for my phone number and said, "I have an appointment at 11am and you will have to wait". I asked why and she said she had to blow dry this girls hair first. I looked at the time...10:43. THEN SHE SAID THERE WAS ANOTHER PERSON COMING IN AT 11AM AND SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THEM AS WELL BEFORE ME. HUH? She can not blow dry her hair and cut mine in 17 minutes? Ha! That is BS. I have never been in the chair longer than 10 minutes. If these guys are gonna take appointments then they need to have more than one person cutting hair. I WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO FROM NOW ON.

As stated in other reviews went in for wash cut and blow dry and they never stated because of long hair the price goes up to £33 and also took off more than I asked and made little effect. Should of gone to a local business. Never again.

Unless you want your hair to be cut to shoulder-leght, don't go to Supercuts, because they will cut it to your shoulder no matter if you want that or not. I went there for a trim and wanted no more than 2 inches being taken. The hairdresser kept pushing his opinion on me that he needed to remove more of the lenght and ended up cutting off around 7 inches. Hairdressers around the world, please please please just listen to what people want without arguing about it for 10 minutes until they give in and allow you to massacre their hair. Also, the pricing system is very non-straightforward. They say it costs £22 for a wet cut and blowdry, but then make you pay £33 if your hair is long. But that only applies to women for some reason, and the gents haircut doesn't change price based on the length of hair so my long-haired partner got it cheaper for the exact same service. For the money I paid, I could have gone to an actual hairdressers. I want to avoid going there again because next time they'll probably just decide to shave my head off completely.

Will never go back. Worst haircut ever. Had to get my first cut fixed because of a choppy job and the fixed cut is no better than the first one, just a lot shorter. I wanted bangs, didn't get them, didn't want a straight line cut, ended up with that. Does anyone in this place know what they are doing?

I have been going to Supercuts for many years and the service doesn't seem up-to-par anymore. I asked for a trim and the total time, I have long hair with layering, was about five minutes. Friendly conversation was nilch as if she couldn't care less. What gives?

Supercuts frenchgate doncaster, .. i paid just over £100 for my wife to have her hair done a little while back at the doncaster frenchgate branch, the staff were ok, but they talked my wife out of the hair style and colour she wanted. this done after i left to do some other things i had to do, i came back a while later, only to find my wife pretending to be ok with what she had done,as she does not like making a scene. i was left with a bill in excess of £100 ,not knowing my wife was not happy with what they did as it was nothing like what she originally wanted done.she had her hair bleached, and she originally wanted a platinum colour (if thats the name for it), and she wanted her hair down to her shoulder, she ended up with browny/purple hair and a lot shorter than what she wanted. as said nice staff but the end result was something my wife did not want. and going home with a unhappy wife,
