I visited Supercuts in Woking Peacocks Centre. Will never return.
The lady butchered my hair. We had no communication. She was not very fluent in English. She started out by first boiling then freezing my scalp without any consultation. Then she hurt my scalp by trying to comb my hair. I am not very sensitive generally it’s difficult to hurt me that way. I felt I should have walked out after the wash but I didn’t want to be rude so I decided to stick it through.
Sometimes it seems worth it to keep your fingers crossed, hope you have a decent haircut and save £20-30 or more by not going to a proper salon. This was the last time I ever decided to have my haircut at supercuts.
Upsetting but It’s ok, the hair will grow back but really, every hairdresser should know that communication is as important as your skill to cut hair( which the lady didn’t really have anyway in my opinion) Bless her, she seemed lovely but just not a hairdresser.

I would give this review 0 stars if…
I would give this review 0 stars if Trustpilot had that setting. Every aspect of my Supercuts visit was dreadful.
I walked into Supercuts on a Saturday, 40 minutes before closing time, with a MAGA hat on. I promptly took off the hat upon entering as a matter of courtesy, and brought no attention to it. One of the barbers told me they were already booked until closing time, so I couldn't get a haircut (which is fine).
On the following Sunday, I walked into Supercuts 40 minutes before closing time with the same MAGA hat on and again took the hat off when I entered. Nobody acknowledged that I had walked in, as they usually do, and when I approached the front desk where a barber was filing paperwork, she said nothing and didn't make any eye contact, instead handing me the sign-in clipboard with her eyes down. After signing in and sitting down, I witnessed another person walk in to Supercuts, and they were immediately told the wait was 35 minutes so their hair could not be cut. I left briefly to check the wait at GreatClips around the corner and came back when it was longer than Supercuts. When I walked back in, the main barber (I can't remember her name) told me I wasn't allowed to leave if I was on the sign-in sheet, or I would be taken off the list.
About 15 minutes had passed before I got a haircut, meaning the wait was definitely not 35 minutes for the next person (there were three barbers). The grumpy lead barber called my name and instructed me to sit down and take off my glasses, interrupting me when I asked "How are you?" and other polite greetings. She was impatient with me when I was deciding how long I wanted my hair. I told her a "5" on the sides and back and an inch and a half or so on the top. She did the whole haircut in about 2 minutes, hurting my head severely with the razor. I thought I might bleed around the edges of my face since I have acne. Without my glasses on, I couldn't tell until the end that she cut my top hair as short as the sides and back. She didn't wait for me to approve the haircut, just let me up and conversed with another barber while I walked to the counter and had to pay $19 for the worst haircut I've ever gotten.
I have no idea if wearing a MAGA hat affected my experience, but I didn't see anybody else rushed or get a bad haircut while I waited. Regardless, I'm never going to SuperCuts again.

Kathi McKenzie that way you can find…
Kathi McKenzie that way you can find me. Vancouver WA. Ive been to the shop next to Charlies market more times than I can count. They say "oh you can have the same stylist every time you come" yeah right I've never seen the same stylist twice ..ever..they never cut my hair the right way twice ever.. Either too long or too short...never the same people running the store always somebody new... That does not speak well for the business. No consistent service at all. Never enough staff to run the store. Sloppy cuts..there's times I've had to come home and even up my cut because it was done so poorly. I'd rather do it at home for free than to pay 15.00 for a crappy job there..

DON'T GO TO THIS SUPERCUTS - OAKWOOD Boynton Beach, Florida
DON'T GO TO THIS SUPERCUTS. We went there yesterday, March 18, 2019, to get my husband's hair ONLY trimmed. She not only DID NOT LISTEN but the stylist also used a trimmer instead of scissors to cut his hair, made it the shortest possible length, and trimmed EXTRA UNNECESSARY hair. After she finished using the machine, she told us that she never cuts mens hair, it was already TOO LATE to even change the hairstyle. His hair is a absolute mess. He was upset and angry on his way home because she couldn't even cut straight lines. Since yesterday, he's been wearing a hat to hide the hideous mess. Tomorrow, we have an appointment with another barber in a different establishment to fix the mess, she made. We will not be going back there EVER nor recommend it to anyone.

KINGSTON SUPERCUTS
KINGSTON
I've been left disappointed by the lack of clear pricing.... upon starting the lady told me the price for the cut I wanted was £27 which I thought included a blow dry.... In the big pricing poster the price for all that was about £25 so I thought they might have put their prices a bit up.... After a quick wash we had to leave because there was a drill so I had to wait 30 min outside ( I have to say they warned me about the drill but I choose to go ahead anyway) so I got back very cold and she cut my hair... after that she told me if the cut was ok and It was... then she moved me to the till.... I thought she might have misunderstood and I started asking about drying my hair and she said it was the policy and she did all she could but without charging extra £7 she could not dry my hair... I mean come on she knew I waited in the cold for 30 min!! I l asked about the pricing on the poster and she said they were the men's pricing.... they really need to be more clear about the pricing!! Also for what I know blow dry is for styling the hair but just drying them really doesn't cost anything!! Very disappointed!

Hammersmith Branch
I have used Supercuts for a long time, and Ash (the manager at the Hammersmith branch) is one of the best hair stylists I have come across in many years. He and the team are friendly, and professional, and I would certainly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a freshen up, or restyle of their hair, male or female.

Uneven and choppy
Uneven and choppy - and not in a good way.
I got my hair cut at the Supercuts in Westfield, Stratford. The woman cutting my hair was very nice, very pleasant. Unfortunately, the haircut is just awful.
To be fair, I have difficult hair - it's wavy and I have some cowlicks that stick up no matter what. I told her not to worry about the cowlicks, all I wanted was just to make my hair a bit more even and manageable. But she kept chipping at the different sections, and as a result my haircut is very uneven- there are sections that it is several centimetres shorter than other sections, and the whole reason I went in was because I wanted to even it up and make it manageable.
Now it sticks up everywhere it is not supposed to. The worst part is because this is such a bad job, the cowlicks will be even more pronounced as it grows out.
I got my hair cut cos I didn't want to spend the next three weeks wearing hair scarves waiting for the uneven bits to grow out a bit more. Now I'll spend at least the next two months wearing scarves.
Again, she was really nice, and I'm sure she was doing her best. And I know my hair is difficult with the cowlicks and the waves. I understand cutting hair with strong cowlicks and waves can be difficult. But I'd have rather she just said 'look, I don't know how to cut this kind of hair' instead of continuing to cut when she didn't know how to fix it. If she had just said that, I'd have happily rated Supercuts a high rating for the honesty and gone to another place.

Excellent service
I always go to see Tiffany, in the Middletown location and I always watch what is going on and see that I always end up getting what I came for and even more.
