I love their service there is not usually a long wait They do it amazing on the first time. They bleach your hair. They shampoo. They trim bangs or hair. They ask YOU how much you want off and they do not ever mess up or give you unnecessary or extra things in your hair.

I asked for a taped back and shorter around the front. I showed the girl 3 photos. And I got short back and sides. Disgusting.

I went to supercuts a couple of weeks ago, promised to do a review then I lost the card! However, I have found it now! Aaron from the Merry Hill store was an absolute babe. He spent so long with me helping me transition into a shorter hair style in manageable sections. I think it was 3 attempts at cutting inches off before i was satisfied that it was short enough. He got the length, style and framing perfect. H talked me through everything he was doing, very patient and very funny. Genuinely a lovely member of staff and I really look forward to our next appointment and would happily recommend him to a friend. I think supercuts as a franchise should be very happy with this individual and his abilities!

I had my first visit at ilford branch. I left with a haircut that looked horrific. It was unevenly cut and strands were hanging out! When i asked for a refund i was told NO! Avoid this place!!!!!

After having successful cuts and coloured hair in the past at SuperCuts in Grosvernor oh how they’ve screwed my hair this time! I had medium hair and decided to have it cut to just above the shoulders. I have explained to the hairdresser that I wanted the haircut to be straight and the she said because my hair was so thick I should get some layers as well and I agreed. She basically botched my entire head the top layers were half inch short the back hair has 3 different size layers that aren’t blended and looks like someone cut it with a knife the underneath layer is so short I can’t even pin it with hair pins. Oh but wait she’s not done yet the hair that frames my face was cut so short it falls just beneath my cheekbones. This woman shouldn’t be allowed to work in a salon she clearly has no experience cutting hair I understand that as a hairdresser u sometimes get it wrong but cutting layers and blending them in should be job no 1 Save yourself money time and months of trying to hide your hair by going to this absolute hell hole!

Casey at the Oldham Salon was brilliant. Gave me a great cut and blow. Was nervous to start with after a hairdressing disaster at another salon. Casey really put my mind at rest and reassured me. She's a credit to your company. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Casey.

Best one is in Nottingham I went from long back length to shoulder did an incredible job very pleased

We were treated so bad , I brought my mom 72 years old for a simple haircut and they were so rude saying they could not see my online check in and that they just open and so on . We were in shock with their rudeness. Supercuts in hanbury road in Chesapeake, va
