The stylist was simply terrible. I just wanted to have long layers and she CHOPPED my beautiful hair up. Also cut way more than I asked her to. Now I can't even get my layers fixed because my hair is too short. Supercuts in Fairhope need to hire competent stylists!!! Terrible salon.

Do not bother making an appointment on-line. They do not honor this in Tamarac FL. Walk-ins take precedence. My hair stylist is excellent and friendly. Very disappointing.

Supercuts-Pompano Beach I made an appointment for 6-17-26 at 12:30 PM with Greg, I was there at 12:05 PM. The person there checked me in. After 45 minutes, the stylist said she was ready to cut my hair. I explained that the appointment was made with stylist Greg. She told me that Greg wasn't coming in until 1:00 PM and already had an appointment for 1:00 PM with another customer. I won't be back again. Thank you for nothing but wasting my time! The location is Pompano Beach I come from Miami to Pompano for the last 10 years for Greg to cut my hair. Guess my business isn't worth it to you. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.

The super cuts at marketplace and broadway the lady working at this location Monday the 15th of June At 9 30 am was very unprofessional She wrecked my hair I usually visit th I s location on the weekend and the stylists Then are great however today the person working at broadway and campbke across from Carl's junior Should not be allowed to cut hair ever This person was rude sour and needs to be fired

Supercuts makes it easy to book appointments, and Tanner is truly one of the best stylists ever. Tanner listens and then uses her exceptional skills to give me a haircut which makes the most of my hair.

“I was just at this salon (universal drive north haven Home Depot plaza )and had a disappointing experience. There was only one stylist working at the time (a woman with a nearly shaved haircut) while a long line of customers was waiting for another colleague to arrive. Instead of managing the queue efficiently, she spent a lot of time talking about personal stories with customers already in her chair. I also felt that some customers coming in to ask about appointments were treated rudely and received unfriendly looks. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to return to Supercuts if this same level of service continues.”
