Don’t know who they use for shipping but they are slow as hell. Took them 4 days just to go thru Tennessee.

Don't buy from this site. The customer service response time is fast but their rma process is ridiculous. Rma is for returns of a product. You have to pay return shipping which i had to ship within 15 days. The 30 day return policy that begins before you even recieve the product is dumb, practically can't gift the item and must rush test it. It cost me 30dollars to ship back my product, using this site i was only saving 20 dollars, but now i have paid more. They claim to inspect what i assume is a doa product. They never told me that the product arrived and they shipped the product somewhere else for testing and won't get it back for 4 weeks. Stick to newegg, amazon, and other authorized dealers. Thought i was saving money, but the long run is that i spun more money to return it. it doesn't matter if its unopened. They still won't pay the return shipping. Guys and girls pay the few extra bucks on a better website. Because if your product doesn't work, you will pay more because of shipping and will wait for eternity on a refund or replacement.

I purchased a GTX 1070ti while it was in stock and paid for it using my amex credit card. The order went thru and I was happy expecting my card in a weeks time. Well unfortunately I receive an email soon after stating that my order is on hold and that I will have to pay using paypal. Figured this is not a problem and that they are attempting to prevent fraud. So I contact customer care (in under 10 minutes from when I received the email) to make the payment using paypal and what do you know, the item is now out of stock. I could no longer pay for the card that I ordered while in stock, the card should have been assigned to my order but instead they cancel my order and ask me to buy a different version of the 1070ti (which conveniently is about $25-$30 more.
