Very risky purchasing from Superbiiz
I bought MEmory DIMMs that failed to work in a customers computer despite its previous chips being teh same brand, type and speed. Only the size differed. Failed to boot. The RMA was laden with caveats as well as a 15% restocking fee that appeared to apply even for bad merchandise. Add to it that you pay shipping to get their bad part back to them. I've decided to hold on to them and pray they work in another PC because Superbiiz took my $60 and gave NOTHING of value in return. You could easily be in the same position. I've not seen a company demonstrate such poor faith in its merchandise in quite a while. I can't imagine teh ciurcumstances under whioch anyone should order from Superbiiz when reputable dealers may cost slightly more, but you do not risk the entire balance of the order. They do not offer exchanges either. They offer like for like only. Great! What if its an incompatible part? You pay shipping and restocking only to get the same unusable part. Maybe they are legit but a swindler would operate identically. Why shop here. Go elsewhere and boost your chances of satisfaction dramatically. Their reviews on Google were just fine. Not at all deserved.
