A scam -- won't honor the return …
A scam -- won't honor the return period, doesn't reply to emails, and then replies to the fourth attempt finally saying that you can't return something. EDIT: I see SuperBiiz lies again and refuses to acknowledge the other emails I sent in November wondering why their policies were so entirely inflexible. The point to this review is NewEgg saw the same situation and were glad to try and work with me. SuperBiiz was not, and thus ensured themselves as many lost customers as possible. EDIT 2: Not amused by the condescending remarks, either. I don't need empty apologies - I needed some consideration when it mattered; that clearly didn't happen.
