Overall, I really enjoy the sauna. There was a couple of things that I was deeply disappointed by number one I didn’t realize there was an option to get a magazine rack instead of an MP3 player holder because he has an MP3 player anymore and with the delivery, the gentleman left the box in my driveway Instead of bringing it inside my house and they said that they were not allowed to bring it inside the house, but how do you know that somebody is available to help me carry it inside? I was outraged. That should have been declared prior to delivery.

Exceptional service! Our assistant was, and continues to be, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She continues to respond to our questions even after the purchase! Our sauna stove and numerous accompaniments arrived quickly and safely! Well packaged and cared for. We would highly recommend anyone who asks us about our sauna (when completed), to go through Sun Valley Saunas for their investment. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us in this new adventure!

Update I have had my sauna for a year now. Use it several times a week. Everything still works perfectly. It heats up quickly, holds temp evenly, sound is awesome, and the finish still looks like new! I could not be more pleased. I’ve bragged about this company, their awesome service, 5 year warranty, and how happy I am with the sauna to lots of people. I did tons of research before I bought this sauna from them. There are lots of infrared saunas at a slightly lower price point. They all added shipping- Sun Valley included it. Others had either 30 day warranty or none. Sun Valley has 5 years. Others extremely difficult to contact with questions (if I could even find contact info) Sun Valley had a phone number, and a live friendly person answered and helped with all questions. Others weren’t built with this quality ( based on lots of reviews I read) Sun Valley made in America high end fit and finish. Do yourself a favor and just get one from them
