Easy purchase, fast delivery, quality product. Very happy with my purchase.

The ordering process went very quick and the product being in stock put it on the road quickly. The only downside was. The shipping can take quite some time. Also, if you remember, I ordered one in Portland as well and because of the rain there the roof is already leaking. Water is coming through the corners because of the driving range so I would not recommend these as an outdoor sauna. I am adding an extra roof over it in Spokane so that I don’t have that issue.

My sauna was supposed to arrive today. I specifically took off work to be here to sign and wait for the delivery. The last couple of days I have been reaching out to the company I bought the sauna through and the company the sauna is being delivered with. All stated the delivery is supposed to be here today. I’m supposed to be waiting on a call from the delivery company and still No call. I finally got through to the info line with the delivery company and the guy is telling me that it’s not going to be arriving today and that he’s not sure when it’s supposed to be arriving. I recommend you do not order a sauna through this company. You’ll have no idea when your sauna will arrive or if it will arrive. I wish I hadn’t, and wish I ordered it through a different company. My sauna would already be up and running.

I have purchased 2 saunas with Sun Valley, overall timeliness has been excellent, delivery as well. The second sauna I just purchased had the power connections labeled backwards and I had to figure it out on my own. I called and emailed their customer support but did not find it exceedingly helpful.

We bought a sauna from Sun Valley and they were stellar to work with across the board. We couldn’t recommend them any higher but if we could we would give them a 10 out of 10! Aryanna is an absolute rock star and helps with everything any time needed and is absolutely professional and friendly. FANTASTIC!!

The sauna stove was delivered as promised. it was a good price, and arrived in perfect shape. I'm very happy. A bit more communication on the timing of the delivery and wait times would improve the process.
