Pleasant rep. Communication could have been much more prompt.

initial sales call was great but had some follow up issues that were not answered nor did they ever call back to discuss after they said they would.

I like the heater but the mounting brackets were bent. I called and they just told me to bend them back. I told they were bent and not just that simple to bend the back. Still don't have replacement brackets as promised. I got an email said to just bend them. The are collapsed and need to be hammered into shape and I don't have the tools to do it. It's a $1000 heater and I don't think I should have to fix the brackets so I can mount it. Been 3 weeks now without able to finish the sanau.

Delivery time was 3 months.

It’s nicely built looks good. But we’re already having trouble with the timer and the heat not getting higher than 150. The timer will jump 7-10 minutes at a time. Not giving the full 90 minutes.

The sauna is fine. It shipped much later than I expected which also would have been fine if I had just gotten any kind of communication. I waited 3 weeks before simply and kindly asking for an update on shipping. No response. Waited another week and asked again. No response.

I have purchased 2 saunas with Sun Valley, overall timeliness has been excellent, delivery as well. The second sauna I just purchased had the power connections labeled backwards and I had to figure it out on my own. I called and emailed their customer support but did not find it exceedingly helpful.

Overall, I really enjoy the sauna. There was a couple of things that I was deeply disappointed by number one I didn’t realize there was an option to get a magazine rack instead of an MP3 player holder because he has an MP3 player anymore and with the delivery, the gentleman left the box in my driveway Instead of bringing it inside my house and they said that they were not allowed to bring it inside the house, but how do you know that somebody is available to help me carry it inside? I was outraged. That should have been declared prior to delivery.
