I hired Luminalt of San Francisco to…
I hired Luminalt of San Francisco to design and install the solar system for my house. The process was very easy and their entire team was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. As a contractor, myself, I was impressed with their ability to communicate every aspect of the job, and that their crew didn’t fool around, were very safe on my roof and finished in the amount of time they initially stated. Now, I just need Karl the fog to disappear!

The company did what it said it would do when it said it would be done and communicated with us all along the process. Good installation crew with a boss that was in charge and made it happen. We are still waiting for a back ordered part to be installed so we can monitor the system.

Paul, we appreciate the review and are happy to read everything met your expectations. Thank you for helping us change the way our world is powered!

The concern I had took WAY too long to resolve. Several months and it actually is not fully resolved yet. I would never recommend this company partially because their customer service is offshore and that makes it doubly difficult to get things accomplished.

We're sorry to hear that your expectations are not being met. Please expect a call from an Executive Support Specialist to discuss your concerns in detail and provide additional assistance. We appreciate your business and truly value your feedback.

I'm very happy with my SunPower solar…
I'm very happy with my SunPower solar system generally speaking. However, the access to see the generation yield on my phone is less than wonderful. It often says it isn't working so I can't know what the generation yield and grid amounts are.
Response from Legacy SunPower Corporation (Out of Business)Aug 5, 2022
Thank you for sharing your experience, Janis. We are delighted to see your overall satisfaction with your SunPower system. Regarding your app, we are significantly improving the performance of our monitoring system to show your data faster. During this upgrade, real-time and historical data for your system may not be available. Your historical data will not be lost, and your system is still producing power from the sun. Your data will be visible as soon as the upgrade is complete. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
