I received my Sunny Health & Fitness Motion Air Bike a few weeks ago and I am addicted to it. I am 73 years old and I am on it 60 minutes a day 7 days a week. The resistance I get is amazing and I feel great! Best decision ever. P.S. ordering was hassle free and assembly easy!

Product is good. I have the Synergy Pro spin bike. I did email them about a question about the bike, they were very nice and answered my question. I have to email them again to replace my little counter monitor. I like the youtube videos. I tried the beginner bike one, and it had great instruction, but man, I'm out of shape.

Contact CS for a basic question. CS tells me to send proof of purchase and bike serial nmbr. It has no serial nmbr. I wish I would have purchased elsewhere. Their assembly instructns are not complete. If you have not built one before this can cause severe damage. Can cause damage that may not be noticeable immediately. Those who do talk there try to blame problem on it being Chinese made. They are not nice or helpful people. Also beware of spiders coming out of box. Their CS answering system is only a run around of wasting time.

The product is solid for the most part. However customer service department is significantly lacking as seen by much of the reviews. I have an issue with a pedal and the pedal crank. Tried calling immediately went to answering machine. After several days of trying finally reached someone who instructed me they need proof and purchase. I immediately sent it over to the email provided. After reading the reviews, felt I needed to follow-up with them to insure my warranty item is being processed. Unfortunately, this was when I was told there needed pictures of each components damage. Here is the issues, why didn't you ask for a that when you asked for proof of purchase? Dragging out the process and pissing the customers off. After finally receiving an email stating the requested is being processed for shipping and may take up to 4 weeks, I still haven't received the tracking information. I guess I have to ensure it is shipped too. Totally, a poor way of doing business. I love the product but will not do business with a company that has subpar customer service department.
